(Who I am)

Hello,
I’m Nick!

It’s nice to meet you. I’m a creative marketing manager based in California who thrives at the intersection of business and design. I own the process end to end: from strategy and creative to the build and data afterward.

I hold degrees in both Business Management Economics and Art & Design: Games and Playable Media from UC Santa Cruz. I’ve always loved how creativity and business interact, and I wanted to deepen that understanding. Since then I’ve run creative management for national automotive dealerships, built marketing programs from the ground up, and taken on freelance design work on the side. I have a deep love for what I do, and I hope you enjoy looking through it all.

Creative Services Manager

Automotive Marketing

2024–2025

I ran creative services and the production pipeline for over 100 automotive dealerships across the country. Leading a three-person team, we produced 100+ assets a day and turned around brand-compliant, ready-to-deploy ads within three to five hours on 10+ daily requests, along with custom one-off assets. As the main point of contact for art direction, I kept the look consistent across every client. Beyond the day-to-day, I explored where creative services could grow. That meant testing expansion into video and short-form content, plus research into automating parts of the creative process.

Marketing Campaign Manager

Commercial Real Estate

2026–Present

My role spans the full campaign lifecycle across every channel, from strategy and creative through deployment and reporting, all aimed at major CRE asset managers and brokerages. I also design a wide variety of creatives, from ads to whitepapers, for both client and public audiences. I led a website rebuild that doubles as an industry resource and a client funnel, with traffic up 5× since launch and now an active driver of marketing attributable revenue. From the ground up, I helped build the company’s marketing pipeline and go-to-market motion, which has driven $3.5M+ in opportunity and $350K in revenue. Its automated, data-driven outreach has helped the team close more deals than traditional methods. Additionally, I was the lead designer on TruSpace 3.0, the newest version of the company’s data management platform — see below.

TruSpace is a commercial real estate platform that gives property teams one place to work with their building data. Version 3.0 was a full rebuild, back end and front. I was the lead designer on the project. From its earliest rendition, I built the visual language and feel from the ground up: the color, the components, the navigation, and the dashboard’s widget system. Most platforms in this space are hard to tell apart; I studied them and pushed for one that was recognizable on sight. I truly felt TruSpace had an edge, and the presentation makes switching to it even easier.

While the product was in development I also worked out how it would be sold: positioning, copy and a conceptual run of campaign assets. To me, it was important to shape how the product would exist, not just on screen.

The square campaign assets here are conceptual. I made them as a feeler for how the product could be marketed — none of them ever ran.

Forever Ageless

Website Rebuild

Featured Project

2026

Forever Ageless, a medspa in Newport Beach, approached me to rebuild their site. Their major pain point was an outdated, static site they had no way to update themselves. They also wanted elevated branding to compete in their market. I delivered a custom-coded site, rebuilt from the ground up with a refined visual direction. It includes a dedicated page for every treatment, a CMS so they can edit anything themselves, booking integrations, employee bios, a rewards system, and contact forms. Start to finish, the build took seven weeks. It now draws around 2,500 monthly visitors and brings in five to ten leads a week.

RETURNTOSENDER

A long-term branding project I ran throughout college, and my genesis into digital art. I set out to build a complete art brand from scratch: an ecosystem I could merchandise and actually sell. It was where my love for business and art finally met. Over the years I built out the artwork, prints, apparel, an online storefront, and video.

Artwork

The pieces at the visual center of the brand. An exploration of surrealism and mixed media.

Online Store Concept

The commercial side of the brand: a storefront concept for turning the artwork into prints and apparel people could actually buy.

Video Work

Promotional video work for the project.

What’s Next

Outside of everything else, I have a deep love for game production and design. This has found a home in a collaborative project between me and my colleagues.

studio://UNI, or simply UNI, is an indie-focused incubator games studio I founded with a few colleagues. We’re building a boutique catalog of high-quality indie games: things made to have permanence and impact.

We want to publish and offer production services for promising projects that just need an extra push. At UNI, we believe lending real expertise is what carries something from an idea to a finished product.

We’re almost into our second year, with a lot to show soon. Until then, I’ll leave you with our motto:

Creativity. Potential. Together.
